University Dissertation - please help

I am currently in my third and final year of Sport and Exercise Science at Birmingham University and I have to complete a research project worth a third of my degree. My project is on Investigating Self-regulatory Strategies to Overcome Boredom in the Gym. I need to get roughly 500 people to fill in an online questionnaire in order to obtain some data for my study. The questionnaire is a one-off and I will not be contacting people who have taken part later on in the study, i.e. I do not require personal details such as emails and telephone numbers. I would be very grateful if you could fill in the questionnaire by clicking on the link below and/or forward this link to anybody else who has experience in going to the gym and exercising. I completely agree, all the local forums (chiswick, acton, putney etc.) have been incredibly helpful, although I have been posting elsewhere as well, and so has my partner in this study, but still I am very grateful that these forums exist!

CatherineCome on folks.let us all help this young lady to get her degree. We moan (including me!!!) about young people who do nothing with their lives, this one is doing something that will eventually help us all to get fit, unfortunately a little late in my case, but am happy to help......good luck and success to you with your studies1
