Missing/Lost Cat - Russian Blue

Hi New to this website, so hope you don't mind me posting.Our beloved pussbabe Rocky went missing on Saturday evening, 6th Jan from Mafeking Avenue, and hasn't been seen at all.  He is a Russian Blue and has very distinctive silver/grey fur, with green eyes.  He's a housecat so is not used to being out and will be very very frightened. If anyone has seen him, please contact Rob or Tracieanne on 8400 9587, or 07813 067323.If anyone can catch him (!!) please take him to Young's Vets on Albany Parade, or bring him to us at 10 Mafeking Avenue.Thank you soooooo much, and I apologise if I've used this Forum incorrectly.Tracieanne xxx

Yup.....about 20 minutes ago.....we found him!!!!  Very thin and a bit wobbly on his feet, but other than that he's fine....will take him for check-up...Thanks for all your thoughtsTA xxxxx

What a handsome puss, we just lost our British Blue cross and he was that colour and so gentle - miss him so much after 14 years.

If I knew how, I would!  Thanks, will investigate!  If anyone Googles 'russian blue' you'll get a general idea...they all look the same....silver grey short hair, with longer legs than usual cats.I'll see what I can sortThanks so much for your reply..TA xxxx

thanks Jim...there's a notice on the wall in the chip shop, i think the kebab shop too....funnily enough they all know my husband quite well, so didn't hesitate when he asked!Thanks for your replyTA xxx

Put a Notice including picture..in local shop windows and on street posts?How about a Notice on that table in the Fish and Chip shop...or even to every nearby house?Fortunately many many cats do return.

Have you contacted Haws http://www.haws-animals.org.uk/ for suggestions and to ask if he has been given to them?I hope he gets home safely.

Is he microchipped? I do hope you get him home at the earliest - from the amount of posts about missing cats on the Chiswick Forum it seems most do turn up eventually, fingers crossed.
