BRENTFORD DOCK

Hi there,Just wondered if any locals could give me their opinion on the Brentford Dock estate please? I'm thinking of moving there, and to me it looks a pretty decent place, but was wondering if anyone has any opinions on the place?Just I've heard from a few people that it's not too great in the evenings, with the local hoodies riding around the estate on their bikes - though I'm wondering if the guy who said this actually knows what he's talking about, as he's a bit of a doom & gloom merchant at the best of times!So if anyone who actually knows the place well could give me a few opinions, good...bad...whatever - It'd be much appreciated!thanksRob

I'm currently staying on the Dock and as Ben says it has 24 hour security. I came home on Monday at 12:30am and they were wandering the estate.Stayed here a number of times and I don't think I have ever encountered a hoodie at night. I always think its a nice palce to live.

Brentford Dock has 24 hour security, and is a nice place to live. Compared to many of the newer developments, it is an inexpensive place to live. However, just like any other block of flats, the living experience depends on who you get as neighbours.As for the hoody problem, it is no worse or better than anywhere else.
