Human Rights Act saves Abu Qatada

Here we go again, this time this act saves another odious character who was allegedly Osama bin Ladens right hand man in Europe, from being deported back to Jordan, even though they have guaranteed he will not be tortured.Is this yet another example of judges taking the pi*s again, this man hates everything the West stands for, takes benefits and allegedly radicalises young muslim men. Another 12 terror suspects also had their case against deportation abandonded, when the courts forced the Home Office to do so. Lovely this HRA innit, especially for the terrorists, rapists, paedophiles, murderers and other assorted scroats.......oops! I musn't call them this must I........soreeeeey! Why don't we instead shred all anti-terror legislation and immigration policies and let everyone come in, this will do the lawyers out of their lucrative past time, and save us muchos pesos.....I'm sodding off to Spain pronto, not Madrid though!

It only reinforces my view that most of the Judiciary are either senile or wildly out of touch, I understand we have an agreement with Jordan, who want him on several charges, that will secure his relative safety. But to be honest I really don't think this is our problem if he has committed crimes in another country we should deport him to face the music, after all we deported those English nationals  involved in the banking scam to the U.S.A., why are we giving this terrorist our protection when we won't protect our own?
