Ann Keen has failed to support Livingstone

It is noteworthy that our local Labour MP Ann Keen does not appear to have uttered a single word or done anything to support Livingstone.I wonder why ? Is it because Mrs Keen was a key member of Frank Dobson's offical Labour Party campaign which was soundly beaten by Livingstone and Steve Norris into 3rd place in 2000 and she still bears a grudge ?Or is it because she knows she is now an electoral liability ?Or is it because being already closely associated with that Great Loser Gordon Brown, she doesn't want to be associated with yet another one ?In contrast Mary Macleod, the energetic and hard working Conservative PPC, has loyally and enthusiastically supported Boris.

Nobody in Chiswick has seen Ann Keen for months - except when she is puictured in the newspapers in connection with her outrageous expenses claims.We have received no campaign literature from Labour, the Lib Dems or the Greens. But lots from the Conservatives.In contrast, Kate Hoey, the well respected Labour MP for Vauxhall and former Labour Sports Minister, has agreed to join Boris's team after he is elected Mayor tomorrow. This is a very interesting development and shows that Boris is going to be surrounded by experienced, capable and committed people in contrast to the cronies, crooks and charlatans that have made a fortune out of Livingstone and the taxpayers during the past 8 years.

"And you expect people to vote for someone who supports that clown?". People voted for a clown when Alistair Darling got elected didn't they? But we didnt even get a vote when the other clown took up the post as PM.

Was there a camera involved as I cannot imagine either of the Keens doing anything that might involve some work?I am sure she claimed her bus fare though if true plus lunch plus phone bil plus shoe wear etc etc........

Ann Keen has been out campaigning for Ken for Mayor,and Ansuya Sodha the Labour Candidate for London South West with members of the London SW Campaign Team, through out the campaign.(Just because David Giles hasn't seen her - doesn't mean anything!)
