Hamilton Road Development ??

Hi i wonder if anyone would mind letting me in on what the Hamilton Road Development is all about? Visiting Brentford lately I have seen some posters in some of the residents windows in this street and just wondered what it was all about? Thanks in advance :)

There is a small piece of land between Hamilton Road and the railway which is currently owned by developers. The last plan was to destroy the two bungalows in Hamilton Road and replace them with an access road to 12 homes to be built in this stretch of land. Although this failed, developers are trying to come up with a better scheme so the posters remain in our windows in order to remind them that we're watching and resistant to change.
