Nathaniel,You could try West 4 Harriers (www.west4harriers.org) in Chiswick or Ealing Southall and Middlesex (www.esm.org.uk) who meet at Perivale athletics track.Good luck!James

I used to run with Ealing, a very good club who do a lot of road races.

Thanks for this Neil.I have been advised that there is a run happening in Chiswick in about three weeks or so, the Yellow Umbrella Day?I looked at their website and it looks like a pretty good run actually, and day out for the family so I might try and get the wife along with me so she can do the walk they have with the kids!Are the Ealing guys attending? It's been running for about 6 years or so now so it should be a good one I think.Many thanksN
