Damage to vehicles by careless council workers
I'm sure hundreds of people have been affected by dents and damage to their vehicles by incompetent council vehicle workmen and thier vehicles. You know how it goes when you park your pride and joy outside your house the day before the trash man comes around without a dent to be seen on it. When you go to drive it after the refuse trucks have been and gone, you notice a brand new dent or your mirror hanging off which was ok when you arrived home the evening before! But there are never any witnesses to prove who dunnit! Even though you have a more than probable idea. Because you parked you vehicle all week in the same spot and not a dent in sight until the morning after the dreaded council trucks came and went!
