Fireworks Hounslow Matters
Item in Hounslow Matters.........but do wE really?Please can someone explain to me, why fireworks are permitted until 1am for the Chinese New Year and Diwali but only midnight for British Bonfire Night? I'm puzzled, is anyone else?
