BRENTFORD v GLASGOW CELTIC ?

Could anyone enlighten me that sometime in the 1950's (1958 Ive been told) that Brentford played Glasgow Celtic in a friendly and beat them 2-0 goals from George Francis and Jim Towers? Ive also been told that in the same season they played Kilmarnock.

Thanks for that Neil I must admit I had never heard of Brentford ever playing Glasgow Celtic before. And yes Keith, Paddy Crerand went on to play for the great Manchester United side that included Best,Law and Charlton.
