Theatre West Four - "The Beggar's Opera"

We are desperately in need of a Musical Director to take charge of the music and singing for our version of "The Beggar's Opera" which I hope to direct as our 45th Anniversary Production in May (20 to 23) of next year at the studio theatre of the Questors.We are a long established local drama group (with many awards under our belts) but as many other small amdram groups we are struggling for funds to put on productions and are therefore unable to pay fees for this very important function although our budget will allow for out of pocket expenses.If anyone out there can help us out or know of anyone, please let me know urgently.  It should be an exciting and rewarding excercise for maybe a music student to take on so please get in touch with me via our website www.theatrewestfour.co.uk or phone 020 8570 6738.We would be eternally grateful.

Thanks Kathleen, I have indeed tried Questors asnd there is an appeal out-Still deperately searching though!  I think one problem is that we are unable to pay (large) fees so we are hoping there is some very enthusiastic and capable amateur who can do it for less!!
