Is Hounslow actually collecting trees? It looks like they didn't take any in our street yesterday. I rang to report it and the person I spoke to seemed to think the plan had been less than successful. We have taken it to Kew in the past but it makes a mess of the car, so I was looking forward to just leaving it out for collection.If you followed their instructions (leave visible on your property on rubbish removal day before 7am) and they haven't taken your tree, you can ring and report it: 020 8583 5555.
