Indeed Thames Water are pressing ahead with their plans to almost double the capacity of Mogden and thus increase their profits substantially. Residents believe that, like expansion of Heathrow, expansion of Mogden will have a devastating environmental effect on residents in Hounslow and Richmond. This area will be turned into one huge sewage hole - the biggest in Europe! There are no benefits of such expansion to the local community. The only people to benefit are Thames Water shareholders. The Sustainable Development Committee will consider Thames Water's proposals at the SDC meeting on 2 February. If you believe that Thames Water should not be granted planning permission, lobby your local Councillor and write to the SDC Committee members on the email addresses hereunder. The future of this community is in their hands. They can defer the planning application or have it referred to the Mayor of London. sheila.o'reilly@hounslow.gov.uk,peter.hills@hounslow.gov.uk, robert.oulds@hounslow.gov.uk, jonathan.hardy@hounslow.gov.uk, john.cooper@hounslow.gov.uk, felicity.barwood@hounslow.gov.uk, barbara.harris@hounslow.gov.uk, barbara.reid@hounslow.gov.uk, bradley.fisher@hounslow.gov.uk, elizabeth.hughes@hounslow.gov.uk, lily.bath@hounslow.gov.uk, paul.fisher@hounslow.gov.uk, darshan.grewal@hounslow.gov.uk, rajinder.bath@hounslow.gov.uk, ruth.cadbury@hounslow.gov.uk, andrew.dakers@blueyonder.co.uk,
