Hypocrisy of ex-councillors over questions asked
How characteristically hypocritical of both Vanessa Smith and Pat Nicholas to dress up a free coach trip to the seaside paid for by the RFU, supposedly for the benefit of Ivybridge residents, with charges of nasty little games when questions are asked over the way that the trip was organised. The fact is that the RFU funded the trip to Brighton but news of the trip wasn’t made known to all residents of the estate by the tenants association (New Ivybridge Tenants Association) supposedly representing the tenants and leaseholders of the estate. If an organisation such as the RFU are kind enough to fund such an event, one would think that the least that the tenants association (New Ivybridge Tenants Association) could do would be to make news of the trip known to everyone of the residents of the estate. It’s a nasty little game for the New Ivybridge Tenants Association to exclude thousands of tenants and leaseholders from hearing of the trip and having a chance to take part in the event I would have thought.
