Frightened Pointer type dog roaming in vicinity of Syon Park

A brown and white Pointer type dog has been roaming in and around Syon Park most of today (Friday).    Last seen at 5.30pm when it ran off barking when I tried to call it to me.     It looks to be well looked after but was very frightened.    I looked around again at around 6.30pm but it could not be spotted.      Someone is missing a lovely looking dog.     I will look around again later and over the weekend.

Yup - it actually made me feel that wandering around Syon Park at past midnight achieved something(even if it was the next day when she was found).  It was good to get the message that she had been found safe and well after her first night out of the warmth of home for 5 years!

Meg has now been reunited with her owner after being found in Richmond.  Many thanks to all for help and assistance during our search for her.

Update - I met the owner of the dog at 11.00pm in Syon Park.    Dog is still missing - Extensive search of park revealed nothing.    Owner, who lives in Southampton, was staying with friends on a houseboat in Brentford when dog got out and ran off on Friday morning.  Last actual siting was at 5.30pm.    Any news to 07980595432 (owner) or post here please (not near e-mail until Monday).
