Problems with Freeview channels?

All the ITV & Channel 4 channels seem to have disappeared!  If there is a problem with the box I would have thought there'd be problems with all channels - have tried rescanning several times. Is anyone else having problems?

I have had the same problem a few times. If you haven't already tried - try unplugging the freeview box and leave for a minute then start it again. It did the trick for me

Thanks Steve, I'll give that a go.
