Morrisons is vastly better than Somerfield. Many of us in Chiswick regularly brave Acton High Street to use it now, because on the whole it's better than Sainsburys and much, much cheaper than Waitrose. It has an excellent fresh fish counter, a decent butchery counter, and - if you're picky about bread - the instore bakery produces some good rye and spelt loaves at cheaper prices than any of the other supermarkets. Somehow, Morrisons seems to try harder (and no, they're not paying me to say this...).
