¶ For Fair Weather.O Almighty Lord God, who for the ſin ofman did once drown all the world, excepteight perſons, and afterward of thy greatmercy did promiſe never to destroy it ſoagain; We humbly beſeech thee, that althoughwe for our iniquities have worthily deſerved aplague of rain and waters, yet upon our true repentancethou wilt ſend us ſuch weather, asthat we may receive the fruits of the earth indue ſeaſon; and learn both by thy puniſhmentto amend our lives, and for thy clemency togive thee praiſe and glory, through Jeſus Christour Lord.
