Church response to attack

In response to a recent attack which took place in the grounds of St.Faiths Church, Windmill Rd the church are seeking funding for improved lighting of the church grounds and are also holding a garden working party on Sat 6th June 10-1pm. All are welcome, bring a garden recycling bag and garden tools if you can. The church will be open for prayer and teas etc will be available.

We will be extremely careful - our church gardener will also be on hand to ensure we are responsible and careful in our gardening efforts.

This is such a terrible thing to have happened but before you go in chopping down the shrubbery will you quietly check for nests as the birds have their young now.  You might get some help or advice from the environmental people at the Council?
