Just how do the Tories steal the money away from your kids education in Hounslow
THE HOUNSLOW CON JOB As most people would know the money for each school is now ring fenced so that councils can not use the money or take it away from the individual school budgets, the central government idea being that the schools can make sure via the school governing bodies that they have control of how money is being spent to improve your kids education, however it has not been long before KMPG at a cost to the TAX payer of over 4 million pounds and counting have taught our local Tories how to snatch the money back. THE TRICK This is how the great Tory con trick is done, while the school budgets are safe and ring fenced the council still controls’ the administration of the statutory provision of the education dept.What has happed in Hounslow is that this Tory junta at Hounslow have doubled and trebled the cost to the schools for the services it provides via the Education Dept so in turn the schools have to decrease the new ring fenced money they should be getting to improve your Childs education and are now paying the council more and more for the statutory services the council has to by law provide to the schools. Now you would think ahh yes but they are using this money to improve the service Hounslow provides to the schools...The answer is in fact NO No no they have actually decreased the services of Hounslow educational dept and are cutting more and more Jobs within the council run educational dept. In turn this means with slight of hand now you see it now you don’t here's your tax gift back, and of course the denial of “oh no we haven’t” dramatics of a theatre show, that somehow the front line services have somehow improved with far few less staff to do the job with any creditability. Mean while your kids education is not getting the money that was meant to get. This is the very money that was to make our Hounslow schools better and improve the standards of education for your kids THE TORIES TAKE THE ROAD SHOW NATIONAL Lets take the con trick national, it worked so well in Hounslow nobody saw it coming and at the same time we fooled the people into believing we where improving services with the guff about running things more efficiently. The Tory hope is to sell this policy as giving schools more options and greater freedom from local authority control, what it really means is it opens the gates a get me rich quick companies coming in to create a market place for services one where as we have seen in this environment you don’t have a control over these companies no accountability. What happens to things like child protection one in which The Junta has cut from 4 workers down too 2 did not recent events prove anything when you have to many differing bodies dealing with issues people suffer.Of course you don’t have to take my word but next time you see your head teacher ask them if this is the case and why teacher unions are against the proposals being put forward by the Tories.
