No, I believe she was formerly Chief Accountant to the European Commission. Now she is a newly elected MEP who presumably knows where the bodies are buried.

Imagine there will be some worried eurocrats adjusting their unauditable paperwork following the election of UKIP`s Marta Andreassen, former chief accountant to the European Commission!

That's obviously a failure of the Conservative party to deliver their position regarding Europe, if you feel that UKIP is the only party to give a voice to electors who 'concerned' at the cost of the EU machine being €600bn to deliver a benefit of €135bn.That's an awful lot of farming subsidies.

I think it was a great result for the huge numbers of ordinary people in the UK who are, to say the least, unconvinced about the benefits of EU membership. I voted for them, not because I agree with many of their views, but simply because they were the only party (with a chance of success in these elections)to give a voice to the large numbers of electors who don't see the benefits accruing from the £40 million per day we pay to the EU (apart from the availability of sauerkraut at our corner shop.)
