Question of a Syon councillor

Could you guide me how to apply for a blue badge for my non-driving dad, becoming increasingly hermit-like on the Syon Estate.

I'm not a councillor, but presumably you have seenhttp://www.hounslow.gov.uk/index/transport_and_streets/parking/bluebadge.htmand the link to the application form there. If so, are you having problems jumping through the hoops to get it processed ?If not, hope the link is helpful !
