What Bus?

Anyone know what Bus or Buses do i need to take from Hounslow to Deer Pk Rd in Merton please

Well I did note that journeyplanner advised that it would take me 62 mins by bike as against the fastest train/bus option of 97 mins.

if i remember a couple years ago i did get a bus there but cant remember which one and from/too

Simon,Would be a nightmare on the bus I believe.  The 281 will get you down to Kingston or Tolworth but from either of those places you'd need to change buses several times - TfL's website appears to confirm this.Much easier to get either the train (from Clapham Junction) or tube (District Line from Earls Court) to Wimbledon and then get the tram, getting off at Morden Road, from where Deer Park Road is a 5 mins walk.  Brings back memories as I spent 3 happy years living in Morden, not the nicest of places aesthetically but good memories.

Have you tried looking on http://www.tfl.gov.uk/The site is getting better and better.  Three-quarters of the way down the page you get a choice of how you want to travel (ie what method of transport).  There are 12 choices!
