Sorry PhilI had my daughter in tow and hardly got to Brentford. Did manage the Magpie twice during the day. Have another get together and post the pics.

NeilI was waiting for you to come over and then... there you were gone!It would be good to have another get-together though for those who can make it. Any takers?

Councillor Andrews wrote "Borough Council meeting, alas" - it didn't stop another councillor being there however.

Sorry, I should have arranged it when I was over recently.

Busy doing a survey Audrey..and you know I love the streets of Brentford.Popped into the Albany Road Fish and chip shop..it's still a treasure...but only had room for a Diet Coke! Here's a picture of the High Street for you..a bit quiet on the pavement..looking west..but a colouring fashion shop in view.
Oh no no no no no! I have experts who deal with Kingsley Road and surroundings and I would be too tempted to spend time in the Polish Pub (Duke of Cambridge)..and the Indian and Bangladeshi eateries. I'm best in Brook Road South where local delapidations in a Conservation Area are hitting the headlines!I'm sure the Chiswick meet up was a knock-out.

... oh no, Kingsley Road would be far too ... shall we say ... 'Asian' for the likes of Jim Lawes.Wouldn't it, Jim?

I thought you had already been told that Kingsley Road was the place to do canvassing and getting to know constituents.Or was that someone else ?
Tim Henderson ● 6203d
What's that all about Jim? Stopping by that fish & chip shop in Albany Road for supper?

Sadly not this time.Tonight, I'll be helping a group of people canvassing in Brook Road South..and that's enough excitment for one evening!
Borough Council meeting, alas. Have a good one though.
