Oh! What a circus
What is it with this bloody country and roadworks? Having endured the overunning works to install traffic lights at Pools on the Park on the A316., which were just finishing, notices immediately went up that yet more work was going to start around Richmond Circus, literally yards away. These works are planned to go on until November. We all know that these things have to be done, but why couldn't there be some co-ordination? More than that why can't the TFL traffic (mis)management muppets at least ensure that blasted traffic lights around Richmond Circus are working? They keep breaking down causing absolute chaos. We put a man on the Moon 40 years ago - it beggars belief that humankind can't do a few roadworks with working traffic lights in the 21st century.
