Advice on finding someone who was adopted.

HiMy young new Beautiful wife has just found out she has a Brother and Sister who were adopted out over 25yrs ago.She would love to find them has anyone got any advice on how she could track them down please.I know years ago you could but your detail's on a list in the hope that if the Person Adopted out wanted to find you they could get your details from this list does this list still exist and where would she go to get her details on this list.Any help or advice would be very much AppreciatedThank USimon simon_anderson1973@yahoo.co.uk
