Baroness Scotland should resign

Following the recent news about Baroness Scotland failiing to make tax provisions for her illegally employed cleaner, can anyone be in any doubt that the woman should resign her post? I am raising her as she is a B&I constituency resident , and believe we should be contacting Ann Keen to get her to publicly call on Scotland to resign , or at least give a reason why not.
