Bernadette - Drat, my secret's out! :p really though, I think alot of parents share the same opinion. Infact a friend of mine worked there for a month or two last summer and decided to leave when she asked the other staff what day the equipment got cleaned (they had a complaint that the toddlers ball pond smelt of piddle) and they all turned around and laughed at her. Not a great sign.Brendan - Funnily enough I've actually only just got back from having a great day with the kids, we went there at 3, they had a few hours in the soft play and then my sister treated them to pizza hut (there's a few other eating places in the complex, a Frankie and Benny's, Chiquitos and I think a burger king or something like that, they also do food in the bowling bit where the soft play area is.)Like I said it's not as big as snakes and ladders, there's an under 3s area which I think costs about £1-2 and then the 3+ (I think it's up to 7 or 8 years) is about £2.50. (might be a little bit more on weekends, we normally go in the week after school.)There's a bar where you can get food and cheap coffee (or a beer if the kid related stress is just too great! ;)) a big arcade and bowling. They also have a laser quest thing but I've never been in it so couldn't tell you what it's like. The website is http://www.tenpin.co.uk/home/our_locations/feltham.stmlOh, also there's a big Cineworld on the complex if you really want to make a day of it, it's a bit pricey but then all cinemas are these days aren't they?Hope that helps :)
