Don't get me started on Richmond Circus! I am fed up with e-mailing TFL - what a complete mess, I think they've also re-phased the lights there going into town which are causing even more delays - like we need them. What p****s me off is that they started the work at Pools on the Park just yards from the Circus around this time last year, they overran and then ran into the start of the Circus works - why not do the complete thing at one go? The site has been untidy, no seeming programme of work, temporary lights often not working when the site has been left overnight. Really a complete cock up and for what?
