ICG thug update

New Labour spokesman for Isleworth, Robin Taylor of Southall, said: "What I don't do is put myself in a situation whereby I'm likely to be assailed by a group of I.C.G. thugs."I wish to report that following a gathering of ICG members last night, and in an alcohol fueled frenzy, they inflicted the following thugish behaviour on members of the general public:

Very amusing, Phil.But none of it changes the fact that you have been caught out posting under other names before - and on one occasion even had to admit it.Most people would call it dishonesty. But then, you'd call it politics, yes?

Actually Andy I think Robin might be referring to Yours Truly (as one of his letters to the local papers used the Mosley reference some years ago although I am a loss to understand the connection - it certainly can't be anything of a financial nature). If I am right it means Robin thinks I am Paul and yourself as well as being Stephanie, Steve, Dave Pavett and John Murphy.Which means I am at least two councillors as well as our Group PA.  I guess it also means I am currently talking to myself.What's even more remarkable is that I would appear to have been equipped with a laptop which functions in torrential rain, as at the time of your postings I was being unmercifully soaked to the skin on a school field in the middle of Ruislip while watching my son play football.By the way, when Sue and Gloria wrote those identical letters Robin didn't know either of them.  But Sue had known Robin for years.  You might it call it lying through his teeth as per usual, but I call it politics.

Paul and I on this forum at the same time. What are the chances of that happening on a Sunday??This reminds me of the extraordinary coincidence that occurred one week when Sue Sampson wrote a letter to one of the local papers followed the very next day by a letter written by Gloria Shortt that was word for word identical to that of Sue's the day before. What are the chances of that happening?In future, and to save this sort of thing happening again, I'll check with Paul to make sure he is not on this forum at the same time as me before I post anything. Would that be acceptable to you Robin?

No post had been made on this forum since 21:35 last night.Then, suddenly, two posts were made this afternoon: one from Paul Fisher (at 12:38) and one from Andrew Sibley (at 12:42).A coincidence?Or is it possible that one person is posting under both of their names (and under the names of others)?And if so, who might that person be?No prizes for guessing!
