A Child's Christmas in Wales.Beautiful.....have a glass of whatever, dim the lights and listen to this masterpiece; it evokes the "pure as the driven snow" memories.I have it as an MP3 file but it is quite large (as the Bishop said to the actress)Worth a listen tho...........

I have owned the written version for more years than I care to remember. Every Christmas I bring it out and read it one more time, it never is boring, but brings back many memories to me of Christmas's past and my childhood growing up in both Chiswick and Brentford. A far cry from Wales, but many of the same traditions.    To me it just would not be Christmas without reading that beloved Christmas story.

You really do need to hear the man himself.Richard Burton did some of his stuff quite well but probably only cos he was welsh and he shagged Liz taylor!Call me old fashioned.......
