Westminster Debate on Conflict Prevention encourage Ann Keen to go please

Simon,Ann rarely sits on the benches (except when there's a debate on the NHS, in which case she and her team sit on the front bench).During PMQs, I have sometimes noticed her standing a few feet away from the Speaker, but as soon as the half hour is over she's off dealing with her Ministerial & constituency duties.
