Irresponsible Dog Owner sought.

We have a rear access road to our house which is pretty well used for access to garages etc. It was recently given a clean up for overgrowth etc. and left in a clean and tidy state. Some disgusting individual who obviously has a large dog, or possibly two, has decided this is an excellent toilet.We have our suspicions and God help him if we catch him, do these ignoramuses not understand that this filth can easily be transferred into people's homes? Do they not understand the principles of responsible pet ownership?In the event that the moronic, lazy indivdual can actually read I'd like him to know that when we do identify him we shall return his deposits which now number about 10 piles to him personally. What is wrong with these people? They really shouldn't be allowed to have charge of any animal unless they are prepared for the responsibility that goes with it. Thankfully most dog walkers around here carry their clear up bags with them.

I wish I could show you the side road that runs between the allotments and a field of horses opposite my house, it's literally a dog poo minefield, you have to look down at your feet as you're walking along. When I first moved in I actually walked into a man on that road because we were both walking along looking at the floor!In fact it's so disgusting that my 3 year old (with NO prompting from me!) turned around to me when we left the house for nursery a few weeks ago and said "mummy, are we going down the alley to school today or down the poo road?" I'm sure somebody just lets their dog run down there a few times a day, take a few massive dumps and then they take it home again! Thing is, how do you approach that kind of problem without having to become a dog poo vigilante!?

Some poor soul near us who has become exasperated with clearing up after some idiot's dog has put a large notice on their fence telling them to do it themselves. Mind you it is just about in LB Richmond where they are notorious for not clearing up doggy doos, it really is quite disgusting.

I'd like to do the same for the couple who walk their (large, prolific) dog in St Paul's park, watch it defecate and carry on walking. The irony is that they live only yards from where they allow this to happen so they effectively revisit the mess every time they walk the dog! Wouldn't you be particularly keen for the place to be clean and pleasant if you lived across the road and visited every day? Jesus wept.

If there were any justice this person would slip on one pile and land face into another.  I suspect that the owner stands at the end of the alley and lets the dog run down on their own so they don't have to walk through it themselves.  :-([Go get 'em Vanessa]
