Went there last night. There are three distinct changes from the old Prezzo.First, this is now definitely Italian - with Italian front of house staff and kitchen staff. Including the necessary Italian shouting. Excellent.Second, this now smells like an Italian restaurant. They are clearly cooking the food on the premises rather than the Prezzo heating up pre-packaged food approach. It suddenly feels like a proper restaurant.Third, the food. Really, really good. Huge chunks of fresh mozzerella on the pizza. We were so happy. No surprise it was busier than Prezzo ever was.
