The actual result of the 2005 election in Brentford & Isleworth:Did not vote - 38418Labour - 18329Conservative - 13918Lib Dem - 10477Green - 1652ICG - 1118NF - 523As you can see, the idea that almost everyone votes Labour or Conservative is nonsense, their combined vote at the last election was a mere 38% of the electorate. If any smaller party can mobilise the non-voters, they can win the seat easily.

So the Party of apathy, discontent and disillusionment won locally; Says something important about local and national politics. The lack of representation of the people and their irrelevance to those in politics / power. The lie of government for the people as opposed to; Of the people.Or are the locals just to lazy to vote
