Root and Branch Change Planned - Group of councils to switch to artificial trees on local streets.Forgetting the date, it was halfway down "...The consortium has given reassurances that no healthy tree will be cut down unless it is financially advantageous for them to do so...."Trouble is in this day and age and madness - it could all be true!Well done.x
