Sharon,Ann Keen is not a Minister - she is only a PPS - and not for long.I think you need to quote the date, context and source for this alleged quotation from Peter Bone MP.Peter Bone is well known for his his critical support for the NHS.In a report he wrote for the Conservative Cornerstone Group in 2007 he argued that the NHS "would not be out of place in Stalin's Russia".Peter Bone became a member of the Health Select Committee – one of the most important select committees in Parliament - on Monday 10 December 2007 so he probably knows a thing or two about the NHS. I find it somewhat unlikely that a traditional Conservative like Peter Bone should be an admirer of a traditional Socialist like Ann Keen.If he did say Ann Keen was a good Minister he probably said it sarcastically, implying that she is preety bad but not quite as bad as some of the others- like Gordon Brown for example.
