I could not give a hoot whether Matt Harmer was Labour, Conservative, Lib-Dem or Monster Loony.What he is though , Is a damned good local councillor who from the day he was elected right up to the present, has put in the hours, kept very much in touch and done his best.His newsletters are not some stuff knocked up by an agent when a vote is needed, it's a constant and penned by himself. A good read and devoid of the sort of silly political point scoring that blights this borough.If only other councillors of any party would do the same.I may not be able to bring myself to vote for the Labour parliamentary candidate, but Matt and Ruth are solid, able and good for the locals here and for the borough. They get my X without hesitation.
