Anyone know a good local artist?

Hi,Does anyone know a good artist?  I have just returned from my friends house in Provence.  I have a beautiful picture I took of their front door with roses etc. around the front door.  As a present I would like to give them a painting of it.Thanks,Fran

Hi Fran, just to add one thing, when you send the photo or rather a duplicate of the photo, please could you make sure it is as large as possible, (ideally at least 8 by 6 inches) as this will help my mum paint it with as much detail as possible. Many thanks!...Peter

Hello Fran, I'm glad you like the paintings. My mother would need to know the size you would like the painting to be and whether it is to be framed or not (or if you would frame it yourself. If you contact her via her email on her website or else through my email which is petersilkov@yahoo.com. then she will give you her address so that you can send her the photo. You can then take the arrangements such as size and price from there I hope... Many thanks!Peter

Hello, my mother is an artist and member of the Twickenham art circle, and has taken part in a number of exhibitions over the years, and I think she would be very interested in painting this photograph for you.
