The whole layout between Pets At Home and The Beehive needs looking  at and redesigning. The traffic lights at commerce road junction cause a queue of traffic daily,they are badly sequenced and  do not have a green man if crossing from holiday inn side to O' briens pub side so no help for children crossing.  The Zebra is dangerous at the bottom of the bridge many times cars have gone into the back of another car (that has stopped to let people cross) narrowly missing the people crossing.I now tell my children not to use it and to cross at Tallow road or Pets At home due to these lights having  a Green man.

Agree, the whole lot down there are a pain in the proverbial and serve no useful purpose.

If these are the lights at the junction of Tallow Rd and the High Street, then good. They are a compleate waste of time . A give way junction will be better.
