Matt Harmer is an excellent councillor and has quite rightly gained a superb reputation in the Brentford area for his hard work and dedicationUnfortunately over the last few days I have heard numerous accounts of residents and local amenity groups and societies who do not even get the courtesy of a response from the Isleworth councillors and I would have thought they would have been extra keen to impress during their early days and weeks but the opposite seems to be the case at the moment

I made a straight forward request for information on Council policy to my ward Councillor, Steve Curran, over a month ago and am still awaiting the courtesy of a reply.JL

I would suggest going to visit him at one of his ward surgeries but it would appear the Syon councillors do not hold them which is most strange
Jim,I know that the likeable Mr Steve Curran (centre) is a good listener at Forums and no doubt he has now dealt with your enquiry.Was Mr Alan Keen as bored with the "Heathrow should be expanded" UNITE UNION speaker as I was?!!
