Open House London

Nearly that time of year again when hundreds of buildings in London open their doors to the public. Lots of these buildings are well known but there are many that do not normally open to the general public ( Foreign Office, BT Tower, BBC Bush House, City Churches etc).All the London Boroughs appear to be involved in this & as an added bonus it's all FREE!It takes part over the weekend 18th/19th September.openhouselondon.org.uk

http://www.openhouselondon.org.uk/Thanks for that reminder Kevin. That website has links going all over London and in addition to a Facebook section there are also Flickr ones too. Pictures galore.Going to the top of the Post Office Tower is quite an attraction..but I was fortunate in doing that in the 1960's when Butlins had a resruarant up there.I'd love to explore the Foreign Office and all the tunnels beneath it leading to....!!
