As you will be aware she has already also included in her website all the occupants of No,222 and Edward Michael Butchers were certainly mentioned.How did they survive? No phones, no TV's, hardly any radio if at all, gas light, ice blocks and salt, yet there's plenty of produce displayed in their windows. No chicken no doubt, rabbit? plenty I expect, and so on.It seems the shops changed hands quite a bit. Purkiss were just along the way at one time, then Woods Pie and Eel next door to them at another stage,..weren't Greggs the grocers there too?.Picture following..I seem to have dropped it on the way here!
