Don't tell Adam..but I do spend far too much time fiddling with this mobile phone than I ought! My friends have started to confiscate it from me sometimes just so that I'll knuckle down to essential work or chores!At least with a PC you can leave it.behind when you go out...but if you have one of these smartphone..you are carrying cyberspace in your hand everywhere.There seems to be two worlds each day..cyberspace and reality.Remember 4-5 or.more years ago on this Forum..when Ann (RIP), Gerry Tan, Sarah, Audrey and others discovered that there was a live webcam in Vyborg on the Finland / Russian border...on the road Leningrad. We all went into cyberspace / tardis mode...imagining that we climbed out of the webcsm and explored that Vyborg mystery town.We posted hundreds of messages on here (including pictures of Russian/Karelian sceneb and we got carried away. You may remember the Vyborg threads and wondered what had happened to us as we travelled around an imaginery city and landscape.I don't have a TV but wasn't Vyborg fantasy just like Tardis...and just like our Forum chatters..and like the new Chiswick Farm / birdcage is today.Are we twisting our minds into an illusionery other world?Odd. Jim put that phone down and read a book!!
