Drilling On London Rd

Last Night and tonight National Grid feel its ok to Drill outside and interupt our peace and quiet.Non off us residents were consulted about it either.

Did you read my post properly? The utilities have a right to work even if there is no emergency.

Doesn't look like an emergency as everyone has electricity!

If it's an emergency you would be unlikely to be consulted, even for programmed works by any of the utilities they have a legal right to do the work required, they would only have to apply for an 'opening licence', this would be done retrospectively in an emergency.
