Is your Christmas Tree a fashion item?

I couldn't believe an item on "This Morning" today about decorating Christmas Trees. Since when did anyone decorate a tree in 'ArtNoveau' fashion or 'funky'? I sometimes wonder what planet some people inhabit.

Decorating Christmas trees is an art!A Christmas Tree decorating contest would produce a wide range of performances.. believe me...just like the different delights (or failures) in decorating caked or nurturing front gardens.So what ARE hanging on these Art Nouveau or Funky trees. I'm intrigued.Quick before I start decorating mine ...gradually..this week.Visiting many houses ,as I did over the years..some families create a work of art....honest!
