My water pressure is suddenly very low this evening. Too low to trigger the boiler.Anyone else affected?

Hiya,With a combi boiler it doesn't depend on mains pressure.Combi systems are pressurised beforehand, so there is no dependence on water mains pressure.
Yes. It seems to have recovered Jim! Thanks.Ian - with a modern combi boiler you do not need a hot water cylinder. Turning a tap on triggers the boiler to come on and heat the water. The heating works as usual with a time switch and thermostat.

All seemingly ok here north of the Great West Road..although I did have an undetected water pipe leak at the garden hose pipe tap..must have cost a few pennies with that water meter which lurks under the pavement.Hope your water pressure has been restored since your early evening posting.HNY

Have you got an instantaneous water heater? I thought they were long gone.
