Keith,I'm not bitter or twisted, these old people how old are they; old like our politicians, old enough to have been beet-nicks or hippies. Or perhaps old enough to, like my parents remember when cannabis was legal and to have a friend or family member, dead in the fields of France dressed in a Cannabis Hemp British army uniform having died to protect ‘our’ freedoms and establish a ‘just’ world where we all might live free from fear of persecution.Why are they afraid, because of the lies they are fed perhaps and the ignorance that prevails every time some 'person without equal human rights' or 'illegal intellect' or 'deemed to be a worthless piece of S**t' make a point or posts a thread.Last night a musician friend gave me some good advice over giving up my claim to intellectual property now I’m up in court again. My response was I have been around Cannabis all my life from the cradle onwards I have been growing cannabis since I was 18 I am now 51. When he gives up being a musician and surrenders up his rights to copyrights and royalties; I will give up breeding cannabis strains and the right to intellectual property. He shut up at this point.You see Keith I do not want your advice, I do not want your sympathy, I just want the right and freedoms contained in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to be mine as well as yours. Because the only thing I have done wrong is be born here, at this infinitely small, unimportant point in human history when mankind’s earliest and still most important cultivated crop has been made illegal. Mostly at the behest of vested American interest, did you know that the American Government has taken out patents on all medical uses of Cannabis and use those patents to stifle research in the US, this is why the American Pharmaceutical Giant that owns GW Pharmaceuticals set up in the UK.If I am rude it’s because I am sick of the ignorance displayed by my critics and persecutors, its nothing personal just like the continues invasions of our home and the trashing of my partners, my children’s and my own ‘right to home and family life’ as guaranteed in the EU Human right act. The EU one is the one the British didn’t write and was forced to accept but is largely based on the one we did write but never ratified into British Law the UN one!
