Hi DawnIf you try to sign the e-petition you should get an email straight away back from the council and you have to open it and click on the link to confirm, otherwise you wont be listed.One or two people have also not received the email back.Do let me know if it continues to not work for you and I will let the officer in charge know; he is very helpful
