Customer service - not
Anglican windows seem to be in the area door knocking to get business in, as we have decided to have new soffits etc. they made an appointment for one o'clock today, '"just to measure up and give a free quote". They called twice yesterday to confirm this, so we whizzed out this morning to be back in good time, we then got 'phone call to say they'd be here at one as agreed, then another call, sorry for the delay might be a 3/4 of an hour late. Then as the time got to when they were finally due - late - another call - can't make it at all, can we re-book. At this point I told them to bugger off and stop wasting our time. I listened to Mary Portas this week about the lamentable standard of customer service in this country, blimey she's not kidding if this lot are anything to go by. I suggest if they call on you ask them if they can tell the time and have watches.
